If you are an active person, a Fitness Tracker is a great way to track your health and activity with little or no effort. Unlike smartwatches, Fitness Trackers are more individually focused and will help you move more, understand your fitness, improve overall health and sleep better.

It is much easier now to keep track of vital stats like calories, number of steps and sleep quality, thanks to such wearable technology. Some have built-in tools that allow you to track your heart rate, workouts, stress levels, and more by pinpointing irregularities that you can share with your doctor.

With the large number of options available on the Fitness Tracker market today, it can be difficult to find the best Fitness Tracker. We've rounded up some of the best Fitness Trackers available so you can choose the right one for your lifestyle and wallet.

    • Google Fit and Samsung Health: Who's the Best at Fitness Tracking

    1. Letscom

This Fitness Tracker helps you stay healthy without breaking your wallet. It is one of the bestsellers on Amazon, not only for its cheap price, but also allows you to track your steps, heart rate, sleep and calories.

If you don't want to take your phone with you to the gym or while exercising, pair Letscom with your phone and view calls, emails and text messages. It also displays the date and time, so you can get the benefits of a smartwatch at a lower price

You don't really need to spend a lot to get the quality and functionality you want. This budget model costs less than $ 50 and offers most of the features you will find on the more expensive models, such as sleep and heart rate monitoring, as well as monitoring functionality for cycling, running, hiking and other activities.

It's also easy to set up with loads of great features, and you can plug it into any USB port or computer and don't need an extra cable.

    2.Fitbit Charge 3

Known as the “king of fitness tracking,” Fitbit is a powerful brand of smart fitness and fitness trackers designed to help you build healthier habits.

The Fitbit Charge 3 is a small $ 149 device that can also track your food intake, providing personalized recommendations based on your health goals and trends.

The Fitness Tracker ensures you stay active, as it offers you a choice of over fifteen training modes, cycling, circuit training and yoga. Plus, get call notifications and even email or text as you work out, so you don't miss a thing in your world.

It's compact, unobtrusive, and features a larger screen than its predecessors, so you can easily view and scroll through your notifications, stats, and settings. You can also browse the Fitbit app and watch the weather, breathing exercises, timers, and alarms.

The Charge 3 is also very water resistant and has a seven-day battery life, a 24/7 heart rate monitor, accelerometer, SpO2 sensor to monitor blood oxygen levels, and a new goal setting feature.

    3. Apple Watch Series 4

If you're willing to splurge on branded goods, the all-new Apple Watch Series 4 is an excellent choice.

This € 349 Fitness Tracker boasts an arsenal of innovative features such as medically accurate heart rate monitoring and EKG sensors for fall detection.

Other upgrades such as a larger screen with a stylish display, interactive faces, 18-hour battery life and superior features for your workout ensure you have a superior smartwatch experience over the competition.

If you have an iPhone and have forgotten it at home, you don't need to worry. Apple Watch Series 4 (LTE cellular version) allows you to make and answer calls, receive notifications, ask Siri questions, and even stream music from Apple Music.

It has pretty much everything you need, plus you can wear it for hiking, running, cycling, and even swimming indoors or out.

Unlike its predecessor, the Apple Watch Series 4 has three activity rings - exercise, movement, and position - which show your activity throughout the day. It even pushes you off the couch and rewards you every time you achieve a new personal best or reach a milestone.

One thing that's unique about the Apple Watch Series 4 is that it can accurately record activity in a wheelchair. However, if you are walking, the tracking starts after fifteen minutes of activity, so you may miss a lot of steps before we can give you an accurate report.

    4. Garmin Vivoactive HR

This is another expensive fitness tracker but with good reason.

The Garmin VivoActive HR is a hybrid device that combines smartwatch functionality with advanced features for monitoring activities. You can receive notifications from your phone, information about your heart rate, calories, steps and other vital statistics on its color touchscreen.

With the Move IQ feature, you can view your active minutes as it automatically detects all activities, such as running, cycling, swimming and walking. A built-in GPS allows you to map your activity as you exercise, without saving on battery, which can last for several days.

For € 208, this Garmin Fitness Tracker may not be suitable for everyone, even from a budget standpoint.

    Conclusions

Fitness Trackers come in many different styles, colors and budgets, either from $ 50 like Letscom or with a more expensive option like Apple Watch Series. Finding the right Fitness Tracker depends on your needs and what you want to track. Many of these have rather similar features with slight differences and brand-based updates.
