Samsung just announced Galaxy Chromebook, A new 2 in 1 device on which the operating system runs Google ChromeOS. This is the first time that the Galaxy brand, usually reserved for Android smartphones and tablets, is used for a notebook.
It is one among the thinnest Chromebooks as well light available in the market. The device measure 30 cm x 20,32 cm x 0,99 cm and has a weight of 1,03 KG. Included in the package will also be the S-Pen. Samsung Galaxy Chromebook is therefore proposed as a device that can be used as a tablets it's a notebook.
Under the body we find the graphics card Intel UHD 630, the processor Intel Core i5-10210U Comet Lake, accompanied by 8 GB of RAM (LPDDR3-2133), a 256 GB (NVMe), one slot for UFS and microSDXC cards. As for connectivity, we find Wi-Fi 802.11ax and Bluetooth, although we would have expected compatibility with 4G.
Galaxy Chromebook will have a 4K UHD and one battery 47,9 Wh which should ensure aautonomy about 8 hours and 20 minutes. The device is available in the USA in red and gray shades and costs dollars 999 (920 euro approximately).
