Before installing it on the family Galaxy S21 which will see the light in the first months of next year, Samsung wants to present the next top-of-the-range SoC 2021 to the world: Exynos 2100.

The processor will be very powerful and, come on tests emerged on the net, it seems that next year could earn the scepter of the most powerful of all, even the competitor Qualcomm Snapdragon 888.

Samsung has just released a video in which it unanimously thanks its customers and does so with a nice 30-second video. Many users and tested they are commenting on it and reporting it by leveraging the question that the Korean company would have revealed "a message of apology".

These would be due to the fact that for years the Exynos SoC has been inferior in terms of performance and power compared to the Qualcomm counterpart. Indeed, this year's Exynos 990 failed to stand up to the Snapdragon 865 and an important petition was formed that wanted to make its voice heard to reach the goal of using only and exclusively SoC Snapdragon in 2020 products. But we know how it ended!

Returning to the beginning Samsung writes in post:

On our next journey, inside the phone you love, we've packed something small for everyone. Especially for our fans, who support us and are struggling during this difficult year.

Stay tuned on December 15th.

This seems to be the date on which Exynos 2100 will be presented. Recall that also for 2021 Samsung will use both its SoCs and those of Qualcomm, alternating the supply in selected markets.
