If with its previous chapter the community has grown further confirming itself over time, with Call of Duty Warzone 2 it seems that the value of these video games has definitively consolidated even beyond the size of its usual consumers.
The achievement of such a large number of online users right from the start is certainly due to the various novelties that 2.0 has sought and is trying to bring to distance itself from the other previous titles, imparting a general experimentation that seems to appeal to Cod enthusiasts, perhaps also refreshing from previous experiences (such as new maps and the new DMZ mode, a new all-original extraction sandbox mode that subverts the most classic canons).
The official announcement of reaching 25 million connected players came directly from the official Twitter profile of the title, with thanks to all the "Call of Duty players" and an explanatory image of the large number at stake. This is certainly a record for this saga which up until now had never reached such a number of people in such a short time.
Will the great initial support also be confirmed by gamers in the future? Will such a response from enthusiasts further inspire the project in its next steps? We just have to wait for new details, assuming that the love shown up to now can only encourage towards the future. We are just beginning with Call of Duty Warzone 2, there is still a lot to see, do and consider with a community, however, wholly willing to embark on all new challenges of the case.
