OnePlus smartphones with Facebook pre-installed (and cannot be removed)

In smartphones OnePlus 8 (available on Amazon), 8 Pro (available on Amazon) and even in the brand new North part (available on Amazon), users found themselves with some pre-installed apps. These are Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, Netflix, Facebook App Installer, Facebook App Manager and Facebook Services. The real problem is that consumers, while being able to delete the applications installed thanks to Facebook services, will not be able to delete these tools.

In truth, this operation - definite bloatware - is common among the smartphone manufacturers it runs on Android, among which Samsung ed Huawei. OnePlus has for the moment distinguished itself by avoiding this operation, receiving approval from consumers. Basically, the new devices of the Chinese company have some pre-installed applications, including Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, Netflix e Facebook services. While the first four software can be deleted, Facebook App Installer, Facebook App Manager and Facebook Services cannot be removed in the "traditional" way.

Max Weinbach, from the XDA Developers team, also pointed out that all pre-installed applications - excluding Netflix - are updated not from Google play Store, but from Facebook services. The only solution is to disable all these applications pre-installed, without any consequences.

The solution adopted by OnePlus could certainly disappoint many users.

OnePlus 8 Pro, a great high-end smartphone, is available for purchase on Amazon.
