The open world of Diablo 4 hides numerous treasures and secrets and one of the most important is represented by the Altari at Lilith. These statues scattered throughout Sanctuary in fact guarantee gods permanent bonus to your characters' stats and other enticing extras.

In total there are 160 so identifying them all could be a challenging undertaking. But don't worry, in this guide we will explain where to find all Lilith Altars and what they are used for.

What are Lilith Altars for?

The Altars of Lilith are gods statues scattered around the various locations of Diablo 4. Some are quite easy to locate as they are located on the paths that lead to key objectives of main and side missions, while others are in slightly more remote areas, so finding them all is not so easy.

By interacting with a Lilith Altar you will obtain a permanent bonus for all your characters, both existing ones and those you create later (but they are not shared between the standard and Hardcore ones). In practice you won't have to collect them again if you decide to use a new character, which is certainly a much appreciated precaution on Blizzard's part,

Altar bonuses are fixed and can vary betweenincrease in a statistic, increasing the maximum capacity of Murmuring Obols, or even Paragon points. Here is a list of the buffs you can receive each time:

+2 to Strength
+2 to Dexterity
+2 to Intelligence
+2 to Will
+5 to Whispering Obols' ability
+1 Excellence point

In addition to the bonuses listed above, each Lilith Altar grants a small amount of experience points and a fair amount of Fame for the region in which you identified it. Fame is used to unlock rewards which include, for example, additional XP, skill and excellence points and maximum potion capacity. In short, one more reason to unlock as many altars as possible.

Below you will find some practices maps of each region of Diablo 4 in which we have indicated the location of all 160 Lilith statues. We have numbered each statue to make it easier to trace them all without losing track, but you can easily find them in any order you prefer.
