Where to find Voldemort's Horcruxes

If you head to Lunden, you will have the chance to stumble upon some very familiar items.
Go to the western part of the city, near the port (in the image above it is the point marked by the X on which the pointer is positioned). Here you will find a small house, directly attached to the walls of a hostile area. You will recognize it as it is "guarded" by a live snake.

Before you do anything, know that you will need a key to enter. Key that, if you use Odin's Sight, you will discover that it is located a little further north, on the balcony of a building, hidden behind some jars (in one of them there is another snake, attention!) And one of those movable structures.

Go back to the hut, kill the snake and enter using the key. Here you will find, in addition to a chest and a few bags to plunder, also a table with some objects and a note.

Above it are the names of the objects that you can see and, coincidentally, it is the same seven that identify the as many Horcruxes at Voldemort in the Harry Potter saga (obviously, the last one remains secret, so as to avoid spoilers to all those who have not yet had the opportunity to read or see this work).
