Prepare for everything

Lady Osakabe isn't a particularly powerful boss, but she sure is among the most annoying. His attacks consist mainly of big and slow magic bullets capable of dealing serious damage to a character with low elemental defense. To overcome this problem you could use amulets that raise your resistance to a certain element, but unfortunately Lady Osakabe is able to use three different elements: electricity, water and fire.

Whereas the recommended level for the mission is the 105 for sure you will have some points to spend on Omnyo magic, but if you have not created a dedicated build you will hardly have all the amulets you need available. In this case we advise you not to be too aggressive during the battle and to keep you at a distance often to dodge bullets more easily.

To defeat Lady Osakabe you will need to first destroy that kind of "tentacles" that will attack you from the edges of the roof. Regardless of the build you are using, sooner or later you will have to attack these tentacles with some close-in weapons, but in fear of falling, you may hesitate. In this case you don't have to be afraid, since luckily it will be impossible to fall off the roof during this bossfight. However, the tentacles will still be quite far from the edge and consequently it will be easier to hit them with long weapons such as a spear or scythe.

The trick to defeating these tentacles is quickly reset their Ki bar and then finish them while they are on the ground. The best way to do this is to wait for the rare moment when they decide to physically attack us and perform a explosive counterattack with the right timing. Blocking these attacks will be key to be able to defeat Lady Osakabe quickly and easily.

Il weakness of these tentacles is on their "head", but with weapons close at hand we will only be able to hit their "body". To try to quickly lower their Ki you could try using ranged weapons like the bow and the shotgun, but in a bossfight like this it will be extremely risky.

After you have defeated about four tentacles, Lady Osakabe will be stunned for some time and you will have the opportunity to hit her largest tentacle. Once it has recovered, however, it will immediately send you to the Dark Realm and here things will get much more chaotic. During this phase they will be thrown at you many more bullets and the tentacles will be able to attack even while they are on the ground, so you have to be very careful not to be overwhelmed by the blows. At this stage we advise you to use the Yokai transformation as soon as possible so as to quickly knock down as many tentacles as possible.

If you manage to get through this stage, you will have passed the hardest part of the fight and there will be nothing left to do but continue to defeat the creature's tentacles until its death. If you do everything correctly, after having exhausted Lady Osakabe about three times you will be able to hit her eye and defeat it once and for all.
