In this guide on Assassin's Creed: Valhalla we will go to see where to find all the members of the Order of the Ancients to be eliminated

One of the key points in this chapter of the saga is the Order of the Ancients. This important sect that seeks to upset the balance of the world acts stealthily behind everyone, trying to pull the reins of the world in the direction they want. The Order is made up of 45 members, each of which can be traced throughout the story or even later in the end game, just as it did in Assassin's Creed Odyssey.

Killing all members will allow you to unlock their trophy or achivement, depending on your platform. Of the 45 members, only 13 will be mandatory targets to continue the story and cannot be found outside of the main missions. Only by completing the story will we be able to kill them all. The other 32 members are instead scattered around the world and some, the acolytes, require a good level and good equipment to be defeated.

Defeating them all is also one of the objectives of the questline given to us by Hytham. After building the upgrade Study of the Occult in our settlement we will be able to talk to this character who will give us clues to the whereabouts of two members of the order. Each member killed will provide us a medallion that we can exchange with Hytham in exchange for skills that are otherwise not unlockable. Let's start this guide now on Assassin's Creed: Valhalla and we find out where to find all members of the Order of Ancients.

ATTENTION: the article may contain small narrative spoilers.

General Information - Where to find all members of the Order of Ancients from Assassin's Creed: Valhalla

There are two types of members in the Order: 15 acolytes (click here to see directly where to find them), very formidable opponents that run in specific regions of the map, and 30 members (click here to see directly where to find them) who have fixed positions and are linked to members with a higher rank. Usually it is enough to kill one member to get clues about another. These will be visible on the Order menu page. Some of these might tell us to look for information in a certain place or to beat some specific person in one of the activities in the game.

Finding all the clues, however, is not obligatory for the various members to appear. In fact, these can be found directly in their fixed place. However, some of them will move by walking around that area and will appear before our eyes and those of our crow like ordinary civilians, making it difficult to spot them in the crowd. Here's why it is you need to find all related clues first.

In this guide I will show you where to find all members of the Order of Ancients from Assassin's Creed: Valhalla, we will also report the location of the clues, making it easier for you to find members. To do this, all you have to do is access the relative page in the menu and select them. To get clues about the Ancients at the bottom of the page, all you have to do is eliminate the members who precede them.

Acolytes, on the other hand, have no clues to their position. However, they are marked with the appropriate white helmet icon when they are close to us. All you have to do is get close and scan them to be able to view them on the menu page. In this case you will also see their level and understand if you can face them or not.

In this guide on where to find all members of the Order of Ancients from Assassin's Creed: Valhalla we will follow the order of the relevant page in the menu. For the acolytes we will start on the left side, starting from the top one up to the last one at the bottom. Later we will follow the same order for those on the right side. As for the members instead we will start from the group on the left, we will move to the one at the top left, then the one at the top right and finally the one on the right. Finally we will conclude with the main members who are located below.

An Important Choice - Where to find all members of the Order of Ancients from Assassin's Creed: Valhalla

Before continuing with the guide it is a must pause for a moment on a choice that could "simplify" your life in research, at least that relating to acolytes. To save time, we recommend that you let the acolytes hunt you down. In fact, at the beginning of the story there is a dialogue choice that determines whether the acolytes will hunt you during the game or not. The advantage of being chased by them is that you can easily find them since they don't have a fixed position.

However, hunting will often pit you against formidable opponents, making your life slightly more difficult. Let's see now how to activate this option. During the historical arch relating to Ledecestrescire, the first region with which we will try to forge an alliance, after the battle with the boss Leofrith, you can choose whether to save him or kill him. If you choose to killing it the acolytes will hunt you down. If instead you will spare it, he will reveal the place to look for a parchment with your name to burn. Once burned, the acolytes will not hunt you down.

Acolytes

Below are all the acolytes present on the Order page. As previously said we will first talk about the acolytes present in the left branch and then about those in the right branch, starting from those above and gradually descending.

Acolytes of the Left Branch - Where to find all members of the Order of Ancients from Assassin's Creed: Valhalla

Woden – Cent

The first acolyte is usual ride along the roads of the Cent region. The specific place is obviously not known as it always moves. The best solution therefore is to travel all the roads in the region starting from the main one. Indeed will always ride along the roads. When you are nearby, scan the area and he will be marked as a member of the order. Whenever you are close to him, you will see his icon on the map.

Below we report you one of the possible positions where you can find it. A good idea would be to scan all the people you will see on horseback, or, if you have a lot of patience, you can go to the indicated location and wait for our acolyte to pass by.

Heike - Essexe

The second acolyte, on the other hand, is usual ride along the roads of the Essexe region. Even for him the specific place is obviously not known as he always moves. The wisest solution would therefore be to travel all the roads in the region, starting with the main one, scanning all the passersby on horseback. However, when you are nearby, the acolyte icon will appear on the map. Approach him, scan him and he will also appear on the Order page.

We report below one of the possible positions where you can find it. If you have a lot of patience you can go directly to the indicated location and wait for it to pass from there.

Bercthun - Hamtunscire

The third acolyte in this guide on where to find all the members of the Order of Ancients of Assassin's Creed: Valhalla instead is usual ride along the roads of the Hamtunscire region. Also in this case there is no precise place to look for as the acolyte is always on the move. The best solution therefore is to travel all the roads in the region, starting from the main one, scanning whoever passes by on horseback.

When you are nearby, the acolyte icon will appear on the map. Approach, scan it and add it to your list on the Order page. We report below one of the possible positions where you can find it. If you have a lot of patience you can go directly to the indicated location and wait for it to pass from there.

Hrothgar – Suthsexe

Contrary to previous members of the Order, the acolyte Hrothgar it will almost always be found in a very specific spot in Suthsexe. This is possible because the acolyte does not have a horse and therefore is forced to move walking in the woods. What you need to do will be go to this place and look for the acolyte icon on the map. Approach it, scan it and then, if you are still too weak to deal with it, run away. This way you will always have its fixed position on the map.

Cudberct – Oxenefordscire

This acolyte, contrary to the previous one in this guide on where to find all the members of the Order of the Ancients of Assassin's Creed: Valhalla, is not in a specific place. In fact, Cudberct will move on horseback through the main streets of Oxenfordscire. The best solution in this case too is to take the main roads. When you are a few meters from him you will see the relative icon on the map.

At this point you just have to get closer, scan it and you can find it whenever you want on the map. Below we report you one of the possible positions where you can find it. It will be up to you to decide whether to go here and wait for it to pass or ride far and wide until you find it.

Horsa – Oxenefordscire

It will also be possible to find this acolyte nell'Oxenfordscire. Contrary to Cudberct however, Horsa will not be riding a horse. This acolyte will in fact walk along the main streets and only along these streets. It will therefore not be possible to find it among the campaigns. The best solution also in this case is to take all the main roads.

Osgar - Lincolnscire

Even the seventh acolyte, in this guide on where to find all the members of the Order of the Ancients of Assassin's Creed: Valhalla, travels on horseback the roads of the region entrusted to him. Osgar will however be available in the Lincoln release. Finding him as always will not be easy as he is constantly on the move too. The best solution therefore is to follow all the main roads until you find it.

As soon as you are close, the relative icon will appear on the map and all you have to do is get closer and scan it. By doing so, in case you don't want to face it right away, you will always know where to find it. If you want you can also go to the point indicated in the images below and wait for it to pass from there.

Kendall – Grantebridgescire

The last acolyte of the left branch is Kendall and you will find it in the Grantebridgescire. He too, like many of his predecessors, travels on horseback and therefore it will not be possible to find him in one location. What you will have to do in this case too will be to walk the main roads to find it. When you are nearby you will see its icon on the map. Approach as always and scan it.

Now all you have to do is defeat him in order to continue your journey in search of the other members. Below we report you one of the possible positions where you can find it. You can wait for it to pass by here, or search far and wide for it.

Acolytes of the Right Branch - Where to find all members of the Order of Ancients from Assassin's Creed: Valhalla

Beorhtsige – Glowecestrescire

The first acolyte of the right branch of the Order menu is located in the Glowecestrescire. Its precise position is not identifiable as it travels on horseback and moves continuously. You will then have to go through all the main roads in the region to find it. When you are close enough, the acolyte icon will appear on the map. All you have to do next is then approach it and scan it to make it appear on the menu page.

This way, if you are in the middle of a mission or are heading to a specific location, you can return to him later, as the icon will remain fixed on the map. It is shown below one of the possible positions in which you can find it. Again, you can position yourself here and wait for him to pass.

Wealdmaer - Sciropescire

Wealdmaer instead will be in Sciropescire. He also travels on horseback and therefore it is not possible to find a specific place where you can find him. The best solution therefore is to travel all the main roads in the region in the hope of finding it. When you are close enough, however, you will see its icon on the map and compass. Follow it to get as close to it as possible and scan it.

Once this is done you can immediately face it or retreat if it is too strong, and then return to it later when you have become stronger. We report below one of the possible positions in which you can find it.

Cola – Lincolnshire

The third acolyte of the right branch in this guide on where to find all members of the Order of Ancients from Assassin's Creed: Valhalla it will be in Lincolnshire. He usually rides along the river, from the southeast corner of Eurviscire and the west corner of Lincolnshire. However, even in this case we do not have a precise position as it always moves on horseback and always along the main roads.

Also in this case then you will have to search all the main roads. However, it is possible to search in that particular area that we have described above to have a better chance of success. We report below one of the possible positions where this acolyte can be found. You can wait here, or you can scout the area.

Callin – Eurvicscire

This acolyte travels on horseback along the roads of the Eurviscire region. However, giving you a place to start searching to find it is not as simple as in the previous case. You can decide to wait where we found it by looking at the images below, but in this case you will have to wait for it to pass by and you don't know how long it will take. Alternatively, you can walk the roads of the region in the hope of finding it as soon as possible.

As soon as you are in its vicinity, the usual icon will appear. All you have to do in this case is head over to him and scan him if you don't feel like facing him right now.

Eorforwine – Grantebridgescire

Its precise location is not known, as this zeolta he moves on horseback through the streets of Grantebridgescire. Fortunately, as with most acolytes, Eorforwine does not move in the countryside either. All you have to do is then inspect every major road in the region until you spot it. As soon as she is in your vicinity, you can see the relevant acolyte icon on the map.

Then approach it and scan it to add it to the Order menu page. All you have to do now is face it and defeat it to get closer and closer to the achievement and the reward you will get for exterminating the entire Order. We report below one of the possible places in which you will be able to meet this acolyte.

Redwalda – Ledecestrescire

The Ledecestrescire region it also hosts this other formidable opponent. The precise place is not known, also because it travels the length and breadth of the entire region on horseback. What you will have to do is then go in search of it by inspecting all the main roads in the region. Alternatively, you can go to the place shown in the photo and wait for it to pass by.

When you are close enough you will notice the relevant acolyte icon. Approach and scan the area for this acolyte to appear on the menu page. Then you can decide whether to get close to it permanently and defeat it or beat a retreat.

Wuffa - East Anglia

East Anglia instead hosts the latest acolyte in this guide on where to find all members of the Order of Ancients from Assassin's Creed: Valhalla. The acolyte under consideration rides along one of the streets of East Anglia precisely, but his position is completely random. You must therefore push yourself along all the roads in the region to try to track and identify it.

As soon as you are close to it, the usual icon will appear and you will only have to approach it to scan it. We report below one of the possible places in which it is possible to meet her. If you are patient enough you can head straight here and wait for it to pass.

Main members

Let's go now to see what the principal members of the Order. Below we will list in order the members of the left branch, those of the upper left branch, those of the upper right branch and those of the right branch. Only later will we talk about their "superiors", that is, those present in the lowest branch of all. As previously we will follow the order from top to bottom for those arranged vertically, while from left to right for those arranged horizontally.

The following we also report the places where to find the various clues which will help you locate them. We remember that it is not essential to find the clues to eliminate them. However, if you don't, recognizing them will be slightly more difficult, as the members blend into the crowd.
