When you are not a great fan and connoisseur of the NFL world we advise you to collect as much information as possible at least on the best players on your team, in order to make the most of their abilities (don't be afraid, Madden NFL 20 will be able to give you very realistic feeds). As for attack and defense, here are some tips for you:

• Warm paths (attack): a very simple and immediate way to be efficient in attack is to understand the hot paths. To do this, simply press triangle (in case you have a PS4), select the desired receiver and wait for its hot paths to be highlighted. They will help you take advantage of the shortcomings of the opposing defenses and run towards simple touch down.
• Don't be too aggressive (defense): we know that the desire to tackle everyone and destroy the opponents is really great but try not to get carried away by the heat. This would lead to a lot of missed tackles. Proceed with much more caution and use Strafing to keep your player in position for the tackle at the right time.
• Balance your calls (attack and defense): this advice in particular concerns both phases, attack and defense. A very big risk when playing Madden is becoming too repetitive, whether you play online or against the CPU this is always bad. Vary your actions and calls, both when you find yourself offending and when you find yourself defending.

Madden NFL 20's biggest news is Superstar X-Factor. This feature is intended to highlight some of the best players and allow them to have a greater impact on matches. To locate these players, during matches, press R2 and move the right analog stick up to see defending capabilities or down to see attacking capabilities. To unlock Superstar skills with X-Factor, you will have to complete a series of activities. Using these new player skills will be the fastest way to improve your gameplay. Focus on unlocking them might be a great way to improve your Madden NFL 20 experience.
