By going to your account and clicking on "followed”, We will find ourselves in front of the classic list that contains all the people followed. At first, however, we will find new entries that will separate the accounts we interact with from those that fail to capture our interest.

The update would appear to be server side and as a result, there should be no need to download a dedicated update. Before it is available to all subscribers, they may still pass some days.
