Sam's missions

You will receive: Turboether and Arcane Auction

• When you arrive in front of the Walled Market, during the dialogue with Sam, when he asks you for a detail about Tifa, answer him: "She is very beautiful"
• While visiting the Walled Market, complete the "Finding Johnny" event
• When you meet Johnny, answer him: "Yes".
• Passing in front of the hotel, talk to the guy outside and answer him: "How much does it cost?"
• Enter the Hotel and talk to the Receptionist: when he asks you, answer "Yes".

After these choices, you can go on in history and enter Don Corneo's palace. You'll have to go back to town again, and you'll have to:

• Talk to Sam and when asked about the coin toss, answer "I don't play"
• Speaking with Madame M, choose the least expensive massage (100G)
• When Aerith asks you about her dress, say "I don't mind"

You will receive: Royal Business Card and Arcane Auction

• When you arrive in front of the Walled Market, during the dialogue with Sam, when he asks you for a detail about Tifa, answer him: "She is a great bartender"
• While visiting the Walled Market, do not complete the "Finding Johnny" event.
• When you meet Johnny, answer him: "Yes".
• As you walk past the hotel, don't talk to the guy outside.

After these choices, you can go on in history and enter Don Corneo's palace. You'll have to go back to town again, and you'll have to:

• Talk to Sam and when asked about the coin toss, answer "Head"
• Speaking with Madame M, choose the most expensive massage (3000G)
• When Aerith asks you about her dress, say "I don't mind"

Obviously some combinations other than these could lead you to the same result, but we have determined that these are the safest to have access to the secondary missions.
