The Division 2 Washington DC, in addition to being sprinkled with loot, contains numerous collectibles and cosmetic objects among which we have the masks of the hunters, but let's see how to find them all in this guide.
The Division 2 is the Ubisoft Action RPG already available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Microsoft Windows which, in addition to an avalanche of equipment, cosmetics and skills, contains several collectibles throughout the game map, and among these we have the "Masks of the Hunters".

The Division 2: How to Find All Hunter Masks | Guide
Let's start immediately by saying that, with the exception of one mask, all the others can only be taken at night and then, we recommend that you undertake this quest at least once you have reached level 30, in order to make it easier to obtain the masks. Now let's see together where all the hunter masks are located in The Division 2.
Where to find the Ghost and Specter masks
To find these two masks we will initially have to claim the checkpoint near the Washington Monument. Once this is done, we will have to go down to the well and to the back of the room where, interacting with the screen, we will be shown three points on the map. Next we will have to go to each of the points and interact with the tombs. The first place is near the checkpoint, bottom right, near the shipping containers, the second is to the northeast of the monument, near some trees, and the third is to the southeast of the monument in a grassy area .
Once this is done, we will have to return to the screen, where a large orange signal will show us the way. From here, we will have to head west where there will be a sign indicating missing persons. Looking up to the right we will see a crane and a hunter sitting on a container. By shooting the hunter, he will drop the Ghost mask and you can get it.
To get the Specter mask, however, we will have to head north from the monument and check the rooftops to find the hunter. If we do this successfully, by killing the latter, we will get the Specter mask.

For these masks, we will have to go west, to an area with a shallow pool. By staying in this pool and using the Jumping Jack emoticon, two Hunters will spawn and we will have to kill them both to get the Midas and Revenant masks.

Initially we will have to head to the lower left corner of the map, near the Lincoln Memorial. Coming down from the sewer entrance and following the tunnel, we will find ourselves in front of a laptop. Interacting with the laptop will turn on a light, highlighting a map. Following the indication, we will find ourselves at the memorial where, by shooting a hanging light bulb, a level 35 hunter will be generated who, once defeated, will drop the Ghoul mask.

At the far east of the map, to the right of the safehouse near Capitol Hill, we will find ourselves next to a memorial wall with water in front. Staying in the water and looking to the left, we will have to shoot the light that illuminates the wall. Interacting with the wall will generate a hunter who, if killed, will drop the Wraith mask.
Where to find the Crimson mask
To get this mask, we will have to go to a location near the fortress in Judiciary Square. Going to the courtyard and standing in the middle, we will notice a wall with two doors on one side and one with a single door on the other. Initially we will have to go to the room with two doors and interact with the computer on the desk. Once this is done, we will have to run to the single door and interact with the phone. After completing these steps, a hunter will spawn in the courtyard and, by killing him, we will get the Crimson mask.

Where to find the Cross, Diamond, Death and Phantom masks
Do not be fooled by the quantity of masks (no less than four) because this, although it is the most generous, is also the most difficult challenge. To start, we will have to go north of the checkpoint, to the park with the Christmas tree in the middle. Once we have gone to the office we will have to interact with the lever on the side of the desk and return to the tree, where the hunters will appear and, once eliminated, they will get us the Cross, Diamond and Death masks.
To get the Phantom mask, we will have to head out of the park, towards the road on the right, where there will be a hunter crouched near the fence who will make us get the fourth mask.

Where to find the Demon mask
This is the only mask we could get even during the day. We will have to head to the mall which is east of the White House and to the right of the checkpoint. Going down the stairs, we will end up standing on a sort of grassy platform and looking ahead of us, in the window, we will be able to see four targets. Once everyone is shot, from top to bottom, a hunter will pop up and drop the Demon mask.
