Samsung Galaxy S20, you can set Spotify as your alarm ringtone

During the Galaxy Unpacked 2020 event, Samsung announced the full integration of Spotify for Galaxy Buds +. As it turns out, the integration isn't limited to just the new true wireless earbuds but has also expanded to the Watch application of smartphones from the Galaxy S20 range on which you can set the popular music streaming service as your alarm ringtone.

The function is currently only available on Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20 Plus, Galaxy S20 Ultra and Galaxy Z Flip which are updated to One UI 2.1 GUI. It is therefore highly probable that the devices that will receive the corresponding software update will benefit from it, including the previous top of the range such as the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Note 10 range.

It is obvious that for it to work, the Spotify application must be installed on your smartphone. In this case, you will see the relevant item appear in the section dedicated to setting the alarm tones. In this way, we will be able to wake up with our favorite songs directly using the music streaming service instead of going through alternative methods, as it can be for example to download our favorite song.

The new Galaxy S20 series will arrive on our market in the next few days. In the meantime, reservations have already started on Amazon. Among other things, by booking Galaxy S20 or Galaxy S20 Plus by March 8, you will be able to receive a pair of Galaxy Buds + for free, as we told you in this article.

The reservations of the new Galaxy S20 are open on Amazon. You can consult the models available.
