Complete level 1-2 on Easy mode or higher

Chipper minigame
Complete level 1-3 on Easy mode or higher

Minigioco Missile Master
Complete level 2-1 on Easy mode or higher

In the player name options screen, name your hominid in one of the following ways to get "head topping" for 2-player modes:

Area 51 hat
Get at level 3-1

Blond hair
Win the final boss in Hard mode.

Brown hair
Kill at least 7 birds on level 2-5.

Curly hair
The exploding fish helps build plants in level 1-5

Dimond will shoot
Win level 2-2 in Hard mode

Jouster hat
Win level 3-4 in Hard mode

Level 1-1 Pirate Hat
Destroy Hairy Nanny Daycare after the miniboss.

Private Eye hat
Win level 3-2 in Hard mode

Shark Fin
Go to level 2-4 and push under the snowplow truck and drown

Soviet hat
Get it at level 2-1

Tom Fulp hair
Change yours to tomfulp

Top hat and Flower Ring
Win level 1-1 with gore off mode on any difficulty

Vita extra
When there is also a flower in the soil, plant another one nearby and you will get life
